    Booked a shared minivan with them to Vang Vieng. We were picked up on time and were dropped off at the centre of Vang Vieng. I thought the 5hr ride would be bad, but to my surprise it was quite comfortable! We had a fully functioning AC and a couple of stops on the way.

    Great travel agency in Luang Prabang. Me and my friends bought 2 days hrekking with Mr Seuk, who is amazing tourguide and he is so smart & helpful person. We spent on trip 2days include food, water, kayaking, one night in homestay Khmu Village. It was really fascinating and educating tour. We'll remember it whole life. We brought pensils to local school, where is about 100 children, they had a lot of fun :)

    We spent a day with the elephants riding swimming and feeding. They also took us on a boat ride and across to the Budda Caves. Lunch included was lovely. The minibus was a bit rough but still aircond and comfortable. Visited whiskey village on the way home. We had a fantastic time and the guide and elephant people lovely and friendly. We paid much less than other tourists we spoke with. We will use Phone Travel again for sure!

    We tried to enjoy a peaceful day on kayaking, however, the kayaks are all 2 seaters, and the whole group could never catch up to the guide.

    DO NOT GO TO THAT AGENCY, very bad experience with theme, i bought a ticket for nong khiauw that was supose to be a private AC minivan for a exepnsive price and it turned out to be a local minibus without ac for 4 hours.. so they kind of lying to tourists
