    scam! disgusting room sheets not changed after previous guests, no hot water, no electricity from 2 am to 6 am. and all for $ 90 for 2

    this hotel took me $ 135 for 1 night and 2 bed, while other guest paid $ 40 for the same room. room hall, small, not comfortable. extremely rude staff

    We slept at this hotel during the night of aid because it was the only one not full. We can wonder why ? May be because of his very expensive price of 1 500 000 Lebanese lira for one room. At this price we expected to sleep in a great suit but we were quite disappointed when we saw a small ordinary room. There was no water inside, I saw a cockroach in the bathroom and the shower was not hot. My friend fell sick during the night so I went down at the reception to ask for water but there was nobody. When we pay this price for an hotel we can expect to have a least a minimum service. We wait till tomorrow to see the manager and ask him a bottle ( I had to ask twice because he didn’t bring it the first time ) and the bottle he brought us wasn’t fresh and already opened which don’t really match with the covid measures. Very bad experience
