    Good food, a little classy, higher fare. I ordered the grilled chicken wrap and a beer. Considering they're basically the only restaurant in town, and an atmosphere that feels semi-classy, they charged a bit more than some places I've been to throughout Iceland. The chicken was perfectly spiced with a delicious sauce in the wrap. The rice and salad were a bit bland, but still a healthy alternative for once. The service was great and the restaurant clean, although no one was wearing masks.

    I had the vegetable pasta and it was delicious! A little salty, but all the veggies and the pasta were cooked perfectly.

    Very good food. Loved the big Galito Deluxe 12" pizza. Was so much that I coildn't even finish it. Hooray for the doggy bag.

    In 2 years of living in Akranes I finally got to go to Galito. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff was friendly. The vegan burger is super tasty, I love everything that they put inside: beans, avocado, tomatoes, mushrooms. The fries were a bit cold but I don't mind, I love fries. Bonus: The take-away pizza offer with 2 ingredients is a bargain and tastes amazing. Very nice dough!!!
