    The new rooms on the spa level are excellent. Wonderful view. The spa is a great addition. Breakfast is decent.

    - Friendly and helpful staff - Nice rooms in the new wing of the hotel with good beds & shower - Amazing spa facilities are available for hotel guests. - Good location The only con is that it was very hot in the room (early august), no air-con and the window can barely be opened, but that's pretty common across the hotels we stayed in. This is probably a useful feature in the cold winters though :)

    We have just arrived at the hotel and all I can say is WOW, absolutely amazing. We arrived late at almost 10pm, Miguel the receptionist was amazing and arranged for the with the chef and restaurant staff to make us some hot food as we had been traveling for 6 hours even though they was closed. The service has been exceptional by far the best hotel we have stayed at in Iceland.
