    We reserved a car from Budget, which shares the office with Avis. We came on a cruise ship and it was an easy walk to the office. The staff was especially helpful, even explaining the speed limits and how to avoid the tunnel toll (thank you, Hakon). The car was nice and it was clean. Overall a great experience and I recommend it.

    We arrived an hour before closing time, and they were not there. Calling the the recommended numbers on the board went straight to voice mail. We ended up going with a competitor rental service. They almost ruined our vacation. Not to mention we already paid for this. You put people at risk who are stranded and cannot leave because they are counting on you to honour your time tables. Appalling and disappointing.
