I was an American tourist that was traveling to Iceland(and still am as of the writing of this post). I am also a lawyer, and although I am enjoying my vacation I do need to do a bit of work each morning to keep up so I am not buried when I get back to my office. However, I did a bad! I forgot my laptop charger! Oh no, I said to myself " What shall I do with so much work to do?! " Then I went to this store in the mall and with the help of the staff I purchased a universal laptop charger. Unfortunately, none of the ports worked! It was a bust! I went back to the store the following day and they returned my item, gave me my money back, and while one young employee was calling her friend at another electronic store to see if they had a compatible charger another employee walked to the back of the store "discard pile" and found me an old dell laptop charger, which he gave to me free of charge! Wonderful store, wonderful staff, I genuinely wish I had been able to give them my money! Thank you for making my Icelandic trip even more awesome then it already was turning out to be!
