Amazing chicken salad and waffle. This place is good to pop in and enjoy a nice meal. Staff is very helpful and happy to see you. Definitely recommended.
Great service! Great food! Heart portions! And... the ONLY restaurant in town that serves eggs and bacon just like in America and Berlin I'm guessing. Thank you!
The bacon is delicious. The coffee shake is very tasty as well.
We were definitely not impressed. Obviously overrated by locals or friends on social media. Been there a few days ago (08/2021) for breakfast and as we entered we were immediately informed that the coffee machine was broken. I was like, what? You are in the center of Akureyri and your machine is broken?! Your machine must be the pulsing heart of any cafe worldwide. We were served instead filtered coffee. Lol. About food nothing exceptional again. Considering what they charge,( a lot) portions and taste are average. They even charged me 2euro for an additional slice of bread. Small lounge and poor lit with some bulbs not working. Good things was personnels generally cordial and they employ/train young people, probably students.
Good food, but had to wait for ages for the waffles which were supposed to go with the brunch. When I asked got a rather short answer that they were working on it. No apology offered.
