Stopped for lunch here during a road trip around Iceland in May 2021. At the time distancing protocols were in place, but the place wasn't extremely busy. More of a cafeteria style establishment with a handful of items on the menu board, I believe a daily special, and of course lamb soup (that I opted for). The soup was pretty good and offered free refills, which was perfect as that day I was pretty hungry. If you are looking for a no frills quick lunch, this is a good place to stop.
It took us 45 minutes to get our food, only to realize they'd only made half of our order and forgotten the rest. The bernaise burger was not edible. The place was only half full and there was plenty of staff, so the long wait didn't really make any sense. All in all a really disappointing experience.
Not really a restaurant; more like a Cafe- a food court if one food place and a gift shop. But the lamb soup was good and they had a good selection of fresh salads.
