    Great and cozy stay in perfect location in Karakol. It's really close to downtown where there are several restaurants and supermarkets, and the bus station/shared taxi station is less the 5 minutes walk away. There is a shared small kitchen you can use, and a washing machine to use for 120 KGS, and you can hang the laundry outside the house. The family running the guest house is very kind and always happy and helpful! They speak limited English so if you have a specific question, prepare a translating app :-)

    I felt like I was staying at my Mum's house. The lady who runs this Guesthouse is such a lovely person. We don't speak Russian or Kyrgyz. That didn't matter as the lady just always understood what we needed (a Mother's sixth sense?). We stayed here twice. Before the ALA Kul trek and after. She let us leave our stuff whilst we were on the trek. We managed to do two loads of washing, she had a clothes horse for us and would be constantly moving it in to the sun for us. The place is so clean! There is a well stocked kitchen. You share the bathroom with only one or two other rooms. The shower is lovely - hot and strong. Very close to the main market. Recommend!

    We had a pleasant stay here. First two nights to get to know the city and on our way back from Altyn Arashan. The woman doesn’t speak English but she does use translator and you don’t need to worry once you booked a room. It’s perfect. Shower is clean and good water pressure with hot water and rooms are clean and comfy. Laundry is available for 150 com! What a great deal and nearby restaurants!
