Very nice little restaurant, we came as our tour guide Moises recommended it. Service was good and fast. We ordered one of the platters for two people, very good value for money. Great location, food and ambience!
Best pizza in Valletta. Wonderful view, delicious crust, could be a little bit more topping depending on which pizza you choose. Owner very welcoming and kind. Great variety of desserts (beware: you really have to like sweetness and chocolate hehe). And wisely choose your reservation time. Apparently there is an hour in between where the kitchen changes the menu during which time you can’t order food :) didn’t bother us though.
We go in and sit down, the waiter brings us the menu and vine list. We say that we only take a drink this time, he takes the menu away. A couple of minutes later another waiter comes and says they don't serve people who don't eat, so we didn't get our drinks. He only served us the way out. We will never return! Why advertise for drinks, if they are not served?
It has such a cozy atmosphere there and rightly so, all the spots were reserved or occupied. However, as we only wanted to sit for a drink, one of the friendly staff gave us a table for half an hour. Drinks were good and reasonably priced. Overall, loved the place and if you want to go there for dinner, do make a reservation in advance.
Really nice position in Valletta down a charming side street. Food was lovely and not particularly expensive. Very accommodating staff who were realistic about waiting times for a table rather than just sending people away.
