My water pump broke so they fixed it, but 2 weeks later I saw that I was slowly losing coolant over time. They claimed that it was another problem and it wasn't covered under repair warranty. Quoted me 600 EUR for changing thermostat, which you can find online for 20-50 EUR max (their price was 190 EUR). They didn't check that the cooling system was sealed properly, incompetent and extremely overpriced. Find a small garage you can trust and avoid this one at all cost!
Very bad. You take the car there for changing of a simple oil and air filter. If you don't get your car without oily/greasy fingerprint marks, you are lucky.
If you can go anywhere else, you should. Service is absolutely terrible. Paid €350 for a basic oil change and they returned my car with a flat tire... When I let them know I was unable to leave because of this, it seemed and felt as if they didn't care and there was no bias for action to help.
I bought my car here and have been coming back for after sales service for the last few years. No high-pressure sales staff and the after sales staff are friendly and the quality of workmanship is always very high.
Very nice place to take care of your car. I am very happy with their service.
