    I flew from Gabon to Addis Ababa for my residence permit application. The communication with the staff was light and on time everyday. It helped me a lot during this process. At Addis Ababa, my reception at the embassy was welcoming. Thank you so much. Great job

    The embassy answers with in days the emails and has very friendly and helpful staff.Quite sattisfied with the service. The only thing is that the people taking the application at Morningstar building were really rude and not polite. They ordered us to buy the flight ticket before we got the Visa, which didnt really make sense. We had to pay the penalty to cancel the flight later since the case was still being handles at the embassy. I reccomend to not buy flight tickets before the visum.
