For Congo this hotel did feel like a paradise. We had not had running water in a hotel for a few days so having running water (plus hot water!) something ordinary elsewhere plus AC was very welcome. Watch out for the menu in the courtyard. The drinks were priced in local currency but the food on the opposite side was in USD. They had very limited beverage choices but went to the nearby market to get other options for us. Staff was mostly friendly though the waitress was a bit gruff.

Um pequeno hotel agradável e seguro no centro de Tshikapa. Quartos espaçosos, muito limpos e com ar condicionado. Água quente nos quartos a qualquer momento. O hotel é organizado em torno de um pátio onde você pode beber um pote ou encomendar comida (pouca escolha mas a comida é boa, embora um pouco caro). Internet não funcionou bem quando eu fiquei lá
A small, nice and secure hotel in the center of Tshikapa. Spacious, very clean and air conditioned rooms. Hot water in the rooms at all hours. The hotel is organized around a patio where you can have a drink or order food (little choice but the food is good, if a bit expensive). Internet was not working well when I stayed there.
The only acceptable one in Tshikapa. the normal rooms are at 60 USD per day.
