    Unlike national banks of pakistan, this one has better staff which is polite. May be because the people in hunza are so nice on general.

    Poor management. Counters are empty most of the time. Very unprofessional attitude of staff. You have to keep in mind this branch closes down at 1pm. Also keep photocopies of your id card with you incase you need them. Because there is no photocopier in the area and you have to go to aliabad for a photocopy.
