Lukmun House NLI market is popular for Dumplings(Mumtu), Lukmun and Pulao. Very busy restaurant at lunch time specially between 12 and 2 o'clock. It's famous for dumplings and lukhmum. I tried mumtu here, they were good in taste and size, never tried lukmun here. I recommend dumplings and Pulao.
