This place is absolutely amazing! The best coffee in Cuba I have had so far! It was about 12-15 pesos ($0.50 or $0.60usd) a cup. Try the "Obama", freaking fantastic!
The Colga'o is a very cozy café with a wonderful view over the city of Sancti Spíritus. It has an offer in national currency (price from 2 to 45 pesos in NATIONAL CURRENCY) very varied hot and cold coffees and fast food (sandwiches, custards, crêpes ...) to spend an afternoon or night in company. You can also take advantage and try the hookah experience (hookah, chicha ...), available with different flavors. If you are lucky you can enjoy and participate in a theme night with silent film screenings and not only. We will wait for you!!

An almost magical experience, something unlikely in this flat city. We really have been waiting for something like this for a long time. It impacted me so much as to get a new poem out of a single stroke; which is already part of my new book My Around the World. Perhaps and one day it may also be part of the walls of that piece of another reality in such a flat city. Heartfelt congratulations to those who keep this place alive !!!!!
I was a worker of this place and I can with total guarantee recommend to everyone who visits the city of Sancti Spiritus, to climb those stairs and relax with a good coffee while looking from the very center of the city.
