Dropped off a bag of clothing (weighed 4,5 kilo) and was charged 5000 mil colones. Was told please come back at 4pm. Collected my clothing on time, the lady went through every article of clothing, was helpful and clothing was cleaned and dried well. All in all a thumbs up! 馃憤馃徏
25 pieces of clothing washed had 11 missing we had to track down from the photos of the clothes we took before sending them off because of the other horrible reviews. Also bleached one of my colored clothes that has a huge blotch now and my white shirt is now blue. Don鈥檛 go here. Your business is a disgrace. My 12 year old sister can wash clothes better than you.
A bit pricey, but we were in a hurry and they accommodated.
The best laundry service in town we use it all the time and we are always satisfied. good service and professional, clothes always come back fast, clean and smells good, the price is very fair. the people are awesome, highly recommended!
Go elsewhere, but if you absolutely need to use this service, check if scale is set to zero. First quote was 10k colones. Once called out to see the scale setting, the price dropped to 5k which was still overpriced. Not honest place馃憥
