I am a semi retired structural engineer from Australia and a full time property investor. Whislt looking for property investment in the Caribe area of Costa Rica I studied hundreds of properties in the area and viewed many of those. During this property evaluation process, I dealt with many of the real estate agents in the area. I found Jose Tercero to be professional and very knowledgeable particularly with respect to important local issues pertaining to restrictions and problematic zones. I also found Jose to be very ethical and that was proven even after purchasing properties. Needless to say all three properties I purchased was with Jose.
