We have eaten here twice now. It has been fabulous both times! I highly recommend the steak!
***Must try for breakfast, best in the area*** Breakfast is amazing, by far some of the best eggs in the area. The portions are great and it is reasonably priced. Their pastry are all amazing. Dinner is a little lacking in the value vs portion. While the food is still very good, it is a bit more expensive. I have enjoying every dish I have had, but expect to pay $15-$20 per person. (Some steaks are almost $50) The morning crew is much more attentive and has a better staffing level. At night there seems to be a single server, and while he is good, there is only so much a single person can do while they are busy. Over all the staff is very friendly regardless of the day part. You must try breakfast, and give Lunch/Dinner a chance. One of my favorite restaurants in the entire area.

Stopping here after a long hike within Manzanillo Refuge was a great idea! The service was on point, just like the food we ordered. We got the special pasta of the day, vegan pizza and chicken sandwich w/fries. The taste buds of the entire family were on an adventurous vacation as well! You won't be disappointed if you stop here!
So so good. Delicioso!! We had to go back twice during our short trip because it was that good. Great food, coffee, and service. The woman (who I imagine is the owner) was so nice and spoke English very well too. We got to eat lunch while watching Howler Monkeys in the trees just outside of the cafe. Go visit El Rincon Porteno and you won't regret it!
