Fantastic atmosphere and food. Best place in the area for dinner. Just make sure to make a reservation or come early.
Very cozy and welcoming. Raquel is the owner, and ensures that everything is good and comfortable. Fish was delicious. Mandatory stop if you are in Manzanillo.
We have eaten here 4 times during our stay and the food is just fabulous! Thoroughly recommend this place. Raquel and Emma are lovely and make you really welcome. Raquel’s husband (sorry, don’t know his name) is the chef and his cooking is fantastic! We are sorry to leave, but will certainly make this our restaurant of choice when we return. Thank you all!
One of our favourite places in Puerto Viejo! Great ambiance, delicious food, good prices and amazing service. And maybe the best Pad Thai in Costa Rica?!!!
Shared a birthday dinner here with some friends. Almost everything about this place was great. The evening lighting was beautiful. There were candles on each table giving the 4-5 table restaurant an intimate quality. The music played was subtle but enjoyable. The service was attentive and friendly and the wine pours were incredibly generous. The filet (lomito) was like butter and the blue cheese sauce it was smothered in was to die for, but I didn't order that. I only had a taste. I ordered the Mahi-Mahi with mango chutney. It was a good piece of fish but the chutney had very little flavor and the dressing on the salad, also bland. Next time, I am having the steak. Overall, plenty of food. Great atmosphere. Street parking.
