Rookie dentist, who thinks "people become immune to antibiotics if used when not strictly necessary". Had to insist with my regular dentist on the phone for the prescription, despite obvious nerve infection.
Fast and Excellent services!
The woman on the phone says I can come at 12 at night for the emergency and the doctor yells at me that he already has an appointment and that the emergency can wait up to 1 half. I went to someone else who had the respect to come to the office. Moreover, she screams and screams as if I had some free service or it would probably be an honor for her to receive me. Lack of communication between departments, avoid. Possibly only if there is no other alternative.
I recommend Dr. Lidia Grama, the most dedicated OM I have ever met!
I entered this neighborhood office (with the pretensions of a clinic) as an attendant and I didn't know if I was in a social canteen or a dental office. The smell of food was terrible. I find it disrespectful to the patient that in the waiting room the food smells like that in the conditions in which you are not allowed to eat 2 hours after any treatment! I understand that people have to eat but take lunch breaks or a special area for employees to eat! There are solutions, but in Romania our elbow hurts from the comfort of others, especially of patients!
