    One of the first persons to provide rental service on the island. Great vehicles. Pick up and drop off. Did not have to pay a deposit. Got sick so had to return car earlier than contracted and I got full refund for days did not used car. Funny thing happened, a medium sized bird hit windscreen while touring. While investigating the hit I saw an unusual circular cracked. Reported it right away and was told that cracked was there before! Absolute trustworthy. Highly recommended.

    Relatively good condition vehicles, good service with airport pickup and drop off. One disappointment is that you pay for an entire extra day when you have to return the vehicle two hours past the 24 hour rental time. One would have hoped for a pro-rated late fee rather than having to pay for another entire day...

    I’ve had the privilege of renting from Ben’s Auto Rental in August and September 2017, and was very impress with the Vehicles, Clean interior and Exterior great fresh scent throughout the Vehicle and it runs great. However the young lady I dealt with at the Airport was not very Professional and lack the knowledge and experience needed to do her job. I did NOT understand her most of the time. When I arrived at the Counter it took her 3-4 minutes to realize I was there, she was on the Cell Phone and by the look on her face it was not a Professional call. I suggest training in Customer Service a priority.
