The house and land are truly amazing. Make sure to wander through the back and see the carved statues. The hosts Paul and Joan are wonderful people. Food is amazing. 5 stars
Place was spectacular...the hosts treated us like we'd been friends for twenty years.
Great Place and Stunning View
Really wonderful place to stay on Upolu. We had two families of four and rented both the studio and villa. The villa would be pretty tight with more than a single family of five. Wonderful staff that would collect local fruit for us and even climb the coconut trees to harvest fresh coconuts for us. The host - Paul - was extremely welcoming and generous, offering us endless supplies of plantation-grown fruit as well as their homemade dried bananas. The residences are lovely, with modern appliances and very well stocked kitchens. Beds were super comfortable, and the cleaning crew came through every day to make our beds and tidy the residences. It was like a B&B rather than a self-catering ABNB/VRBO! The pool was also amazing, with a great covered seating area for meals and lounge chairs on which to relax. If you have a choice, rent the villa over the studio. The owners' residence is above the studio and makes the studio quite noisy: you can hear every footstep, door opening/closing and dog walking on the floor above the studio's bed. The wifi doesn't really work in the studio but is quite strong in the villa. Also, there are two dogs that live on the property, something to keep in mind if you're not a dog person. One of the dogs is super friendly to adults but isn't the best around young children. Really a wonderful place to stay, we had such a memorable 10 days in Samoa and Ifiele'ele was a big part of that!
Owners are amazing. Facility is beautiful with a lap pool, tennis court, basketball. Fast wifi and laundry. Many cultural experiences you can have right on the grounds. Food is amazing and prepared by the owners, and everything is grown on site in a farm to fork kinda of way. Perfect spot for anyone from families to couples to large groups. The place to stay in Samoa!
