The service was on time and simply amazing. I want to admit perfect feedback via emails and nice guys who gave/took back the cars. Two Suzuki with automatic gearbox were clean inside and outside, tires were in good condition, a/c worked nice. Definitely recommend them. Thank you, "Rent a Car" team! Good job!
Good experience. Hired with them twice in a 10 day trip to the Seychelles upon advice from our accommodation. It's a no-nonsense company with no hidden charges and with good service. Pick-up & Drop-off by pretty much anywhere on the island. Simple cars but in good order and at very competitive rates.
Seems to operate with criminal methods. They pretended that we damage the car after we left it at the airport with no showed up there and then charged 200,- € though there was no damage.
I'm not sure where the positive reviews are coming from. I had the most pathetic experience with them. The car we got was already scratched from the start and we had a minor accident which resulted in a minor scratch on the rear bumper. we acknowledged with the company that we will pay for the damage and we were expecting a reasonable rate but they quoted 4500 SCR which is exorbitant. We met with the boss who might be French, he was rude and kept on telling us that he will get us jailed and showed discrimination against our country, India, saying that "this is not India, where you can escape with anything". If we wanted to avoid paying we would not have corresponded with them in the first place. If they actually were using that money to get damages fixed we wouldnt have got a scratched car in the first place! We ended up paying 3000 SCR for that bumper. Please avoid doing business with them.
