attention this car rental company is totally virtual no physical address no email address and especially no phone number. Reservations are cancelled at the last moment. We almost lost the entire rental. On the spot we identified one of the subcontractors who was hiding behind Creolpay: MC Rent a Car. Without insisting we would have paid twice. They arranged between them
No instructions how to meet the rental car agent at the airport. Turns out they work with sub contractor car rental company who was late. Car was 1/4 full and had minor damage already. No damage was recorded on the rental sheet. He just casually said there is damage already just don’t do more. I took pictures of everything I saw there and then just in case but wouldn’t be surprised if we would get a charged for a „new“ scratch I didn’t take a picture of. Did not get any instructions how to return the car. We forgot to ask though which became a hassle when returning the car at the end. (We had to drive around the airport to 3 different parking locations to finally get rid of it). Their partner forced us to pay for damage caused by a crazy Indian driver who overtook at a solid white line at a junction when we tried to do a left turn. They couldn’t be bothered to try to negotiate with the insurance company of take them to court. Be careful. As a tourist you always have to pay even when not your fault.
Wow. My car rental through another place fell through and I contacted Creolepay through WhatsApp. I had a car delivered to me within an hour. Amazing service! They also gave me a fair deal, their lowest rate since that was the car they had on hand. Highly recommend!!
Pros: Company employee was on time with our car at arrival and on return Responsive communication on WhatsApp Reasonable price and inclusive of GPS and insurance Cons: We booked Kia Piccanto, but received Honda Brio Car was 6 years old, had lots of kilometers and tires were worn out Received car with half tank, so it was a hassle to fill it back only to half. I suggest you implement a full-to-full tank policy like most professional rental companies I’d have given five stars if the car age and condition was better and the fuel policy is full-to-full
I rented a car in Mahe through Creolepay and it was a great experience. It was very easy to book the car at a very reasonable price. The operational executive was also on time at the airport. We did not face any hassles. Will Recommend Creolepay Cars to all who are planning their visit to Seychelles (At least to experience a good service)
