Ms. Strömer is very friendly, takes time for her patients and always looks very conscientiously about who has complaints. I personally accept the waiting time because it shows that she is busy with the patient, not like other doctors, completely finished and disinterested in what the patients actually have.
It is not the doctors who get a bad rating, but the nurses. The last thing really is how to deal with your patients. You are rude and disrespectful. I hope that the doctors read this review and maybe something changes ...
