    The memorial complex covers an area of ​​650 thousand square meters. It is 916 meters long and 626 meters wide. The complex includes a monument erected in honor of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, as well as monuments perpetuating the memory of the heroes who died during the Geoktepe battle and the victims of the 1948 Ashgabat earthquake. A museum has also been erected, a building is provided for the Muslim sadaqa rite. Fountains were erected near the monuments, lawns and flower beds were laid out, paths were laid, decorative lamps and benches were installed. At night, the complex is illuminated by spotlights.
