Physiodent - Praxis für individuelle Physiotherapie

I am glad that I finished physiotherapy. I felt uncomfortable and very distressed by the therapist. This is all about the money in my opinion. I was also asked to sign everything in advance, otherwise it would cost time that would have to be deducted from the treatment. This also applies to the postponements or processing. Almost every treatment I was intrusively asked to get another prescription from the family doctor in order to be able to implement further services or to please take care of them myself. Telephone calls during treatment and the aggressive demeanor are further reasons for my assessment.

Because of an unfriendly choleric attack by the boss, I stopped the treatment after three visits. In addition, you are asked to immediately sign all treatments, I would advise against that.

Ich bin Anfang 20 und privat versichert, und habe mit der Praxis Physiodent letzten Winter sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Kosten wurden fast vollständig von meiner Kasse erstattet. Hier meine ausführliche Rezension: Bzgl. der Zahnarztpraxis: Zum ersten Mal war ich bei einem Zahnarzt gelandet, der was von CMD versteht: Dr. Alipas. Er fertigte mir eine (teure, aber von der Kasse fast vollständig übernommene) Aufbissschiene an, die auch nach 1 Jahr noch optimal sitzt. Sie bewahrt mich seither jede Nacht vor Zähneknirschen, das mich schon seit meiner Kindheit plagt. (Vor einigen Jahren hatte mir eine andere Zahnarztpraxis eine verschlimmbessernde Schiene angefertigt, die ich nach wenigen Wochen zum Glück eigenmächtig absetzte.) Weil mir die Fehlkonstruktion meiner alten Schiene transparent erklärt wurde, stimmte ich überhaupt erst der Anfertigung einer Neuen zu, und sie hat sich gelohnt. Bzgl. Physiotherapie: Die Praxis wirkt etwas unterbesetzt, es kann also trotz Termins zu Wartezeiten kommen, wenn irgendwelche Notfälle o.Ä. dazwischen gekommen sind. Ich plane einfach etwas Puffer ein, und habe keinen Stress. Eine Straßenbahn-Haltestelle ist relativ nahe. Manuelle Therapie hatte und habe ich derzeit immer beim Chef, und Krankengymnastik beim immer selben Kollegen. Eine Zwei-Mann-Armee, die irgendwie von morgens bis abends funktionieren muss. Doch egal, ob ich meinen Termin morgens oder nachmittags hatte, die Qualität war immer gut. Die zwei Monate à 2 Behandlungen pro Woche letzten Winter haben mir wirklich unglaublich gut getan, doch im zweiten Lockdown war ich leider nicht in der Lage, die Übungen zuhause fortzusetzen. Stress und Sitzerei führten wieder zu Verspannungen, mehr Kopfschmerzen, schlechterer Psyche. Darum bin ich nun zurück in Behandlung, und bereits auf dem guten Weg der Besserung. Die Praxis ist sauber, hell, bietet gratis Trinkwasser, abschließbare Spinde, Händedesinfektion usw. Die Laken sind immer frisch, Zimmer werden gelüftet und bei der Krankengymnastik wird auf Abstand zwischen Patienten geachtet. Ok, ich bin noch relativ jung, also nicht repräsentativ für alte oder verletzte Patienten. Aber ich kann trotzdem sagen, dass ich in dieser Praxis bessere Erfahrungen gemacht habe, als anderswo! Der Chef wird nur raunzig, wenn Papierkram nicht vorliegt - zu mir ist er dementsprechend immer sehr freundlich. :) Damit die Physiotherapie wirkt, muss man mitmachen, aber dann wirkt sie wirklich! Falls die Chemie für jemand anderen trotzdem nicht passen sollte, dann ist es halt so, und die Odyssee geht weiter. Doch meine hat hier endlich geendet.

Unfortunately I can do the practice (I was in physiotherapy) not recommend at all. It seemed to me more like a practice for private patients or for those who like to take a lot of money into their hands. Already during the first treatment you were offered a comprehensive analysis (as a private service) which, in my opinion, did not provide any great results for further treatment but was simply expensive. Unfortunately, I was charged a total of 4 units of my physiotherapy with that which I could not fully understand. After that I should do the last few units on the area, but unfortunately nobody contacted me. Now compared to other practices where I have been, I realize that it was really more about getting the most profit out of every patient than actually helping them. It's a shame and generally makes a really bad flair in practice.

I am a so-called anxiety patient and can only say great. This is the first doctor's office that recognized my problems immediately. Not only dental but also physiotherapeutic.
