Hands off. One star is still too many. We have never seen such a technically bad, unprofessional or customer-unfriendly company. Agreements and appointments made are not kept and even in "emergencies" you are left out in the rain. What an "emergency" is is apparently decided according to your mood and how you feel about the day. In addition to poor performance (technical errors), as a customer you have to put up with unfriendly or even outrageous comments. The customer "bothers". Here one seems to have neither quality nor a certain amount of behavior and decency as well as a "craftsman honor". So if you want to have friends at your installations even after the first "appointment" and still need a contact person afterwards: it is better to look around for another company immediately. Anger and frustration are inevitable here. Incredible that something like this still exists today!
Miserable customer service. Although the company was still under warranty, the heater cannot be serviced for more than four months. No response to mails and calls. The telephone contact is incompetent, unfriendly and arrogant.
