    Due to the move to Wadersloh, I was looking for a new hairdresser. I found sheer bewilderment and a disastrous result in this salon! only 4 positive things: - I was informed of the hygiene measures (hand disinfection, Luca app) - good parking situation - pleasant head massage while washing - clean cut Negative: - Other services were entered in the calendar than discussed on the phone. I was countered with "... I have no time for that!" - Before dyeing, my hair was washed (?!?!) and cut. I should then let my hair down upside down. So my hair was blown dry. - because I was now "an emergency solution", I was threatened to have to wait "just" in an adjoining room if the number of customers became too high. - "the daughter" (I didn't get a title for her presence) was called from the renovation in a private setting to set my strands. - someone else washed off the color of my hair - After blow-drying my hair was purple at the ends and yellow at the base. Loud and horrified, I drew attention to this find. I was replied that it would be gone with my next hair wash. "That can happen," said my condition. I asked again emphatically if she would like to let a new client with purple-yellow hair go? Then I was offered a new hair wash, which I refused. - € 75 was charged at the cash desk. I countered whether she really wants to lose so much money on me, even though the result was such a dramatic one ?! She offered me another hair wash. - The next day I found out that Countless hairs have broken off :( I've never seen anything like it. NEVER! From the service, to the tone, to the result: I can still go to the hairdresser today. I highly recommend visiting another hairdresser!

    Super nice and friendly advice. Even if you do not know exactly what you want or what suits you, you are honest and patient. If you sit there you forget the time and leaves everyday life behind. I like to be there. Price fits it too.

    I got the hair from long to a desired short hair cut. Mrs. B. Has the handling of scissors in the blood. Super Salong, great team and the price performance ratio is perfectly consistent. The salong is only recommended.
