    We arrived as tourists seeking for adventure and left with memories we will never forget, it felt like we are leaving family behind! This was probably the best travel experience I’ve done so far. Seeing whales was just part of it. Kiko really understands his beloved whales. I think he can feel them and there is a connection between them. I was so scared since Im not a good swimmer but first dive and I saw first whale just few meters from me I thought I will cry - all doubts were gone. Kiko and his son are people who really live for them, who respect them, give them space in order not to stress them and truly love them. If you give them space whales will very likely stay around and might even play with you. We planned to stay only 2 nights to see whales and leave, we stayed 4 nights and wished to stay more. Had the best time with Kiko’s family and fellow travellers. Loved all the meals we had. We stayed during Sunday so there is only optional dinner which was delicious! We went to church with Kiko and even though we are an atheists we enjoyed the singing and athmosphere a lot. I was so happy that we could also support such an amazing souls. They plan to build more guest houses so I really wish them luck and hope that the family atmosphere will never leave. I would be back in heartbeat! Thank you for everything! Malo ♥️

    I am a responsible traveler and always check that I am supporting local businesses. Kiko is THE ONLY Local Whale Swim operator in 'Eua who had worked for another business for 17 years. When that business closed bevause of cyclone damage in 2018, Kiko began his own business and opened his home to visitors needing accomodation. His humble home is the most welcoming place on 'Eua, his kitchen turns out the most amazing meals and Kikp with his family give you true Tongan Hospitality. Kiko and his son do the whale swim tours, both are known as The Whale Whisperers and their tours are truly value for money. He is building more rooms for the 2019 season so book early and support the only local whale swim opetator on 'Eua
