    It's a laid back city. So small that you can walk around in 30 minutes. Everything close on Sunday. No paid parking. There is only one way st there. It's call One way Rd. Lots of restaurants, shops, cafe, bars. Mostly transact in cash. Some places use credit cards. This is where u find all the banks, government buildings, businesses, police station, talamahu market and so much more.
