Best supermarket in tonga easily. Lot's of stuff and reasonable prices.
I’ve been to this place twice. First time I was there, “You are not allowed to talk to anyone in the store”. Second, “They give you a limit of how much stuff you can buy” I have never been to any store in Tonga that they’re so rude to their customer. They have no respect for their customer. They have poor customer service.
More security than a bank. Heaps of yummy stuff at good prices. Cakes look amazing and are cheap.
Have had 3 different experiences with this store and have all been negative. Having moved from Australia to Tonga in November 2018, had a lot of things that we needed to get used to. It was bad enough that your stock is ridiculously overpriced, nearly out of date and in some cases out of date and staled. What takes the cake is the rudeness of staff to customers. Costlow you would not last 1 day in Australia because you would be shut down so quick for your over priced, staled goods and most importantly for your rude attendance who are no help at all. I have heard so many stories of peopls being accused of stealing, people being yelled at for trying to check dates on goods such as bakery etc and also people bringing back out of date or staled goods, they are accused of lying. Not sure how the owners sleep at night, and If you dont know whats happening in your business maybe you should get to know. Your staff are a disgrace to what Palangi's call customer service. No one who enters your business should be treated in such an offending, disgusting and embarrassing manners. I have given you as a business a few chances but have been bitterly disappointed at all times I have entered and will not be returning ever. I will be viewing my opinion on all social media so people are aware of how disgusting locals and tourists are treated at your stores. I give you _0 for your customer service and another _0 for your so called costlow prices. Goodbye and good riddance.
