Until the purchase dealing with this dealership has been a pure pleasure - 5 stars for this part. Unfortunately, a little over 1500km (and two weeks) after the purchase the car had engine oil already below the minimum and I was in the middle of nowhere, returning from abroad. I've found the nearest BMW garage the following day and it turned out that the liquids haven't been checked/refilled before the purchase and I had to paid out-of-pocket for this. This is really disappointing as I confirmed with BMW Switzerland (and the dealership prior to the purchase) that every vehicle branded as BMW Premium Selection needs to have all liquids checked and refilled before the sale. I contacted the garage about this but there was neither explanation nor resolution offered.
Incompetent mechanics, very poor customer service and arrogant owner.

I have bought an old BMW and wanted to trace its history to know how well it has been taken care of. The service manual red that it had been bought and maintained mostly at BMW Zbinden, so I contacted them to see if they would have a record of it. They answered very quickly, and politely, with lots of details, which is exactly what I would have hoped for. What's more is that they seem to have very well taken care of this car, so I wouldn't hesitate to give the car back to their mechanics if I was closer. Thank you for your help Zbinden AG !
