Top location and super friendly staff
I called the hotline because my jacket was defective and asked if I could bring the jacket back to the Camp David store in Schönenwerd. She said yes I could and she will then refund the money to my PayPal account. When I wanted to bring the jacket back, the boss approached me rather cheekily. He also wore the mask on his chin and not over his mouth and nose. Actually, a boss should be a role model. The saleswoman wanted to take the jacket back and the boss kept interrupting our conversation. He came to the till and asked me if I knew who the boss would be. I said yes to the customer. I was friendly all along and was approached again and again by this boss. I couldn't clarify with the saleswoman what the lady had said about the hotline. Then he said I should take my jacket and disappear. In addition, I was approached by this "boss" via you, although I do not know this person.
