    I have recently found completely damaged letter in my post box. I have reported this incident at post - they scanned the delivery for investigation and sent me "sorry" email. This is first and hopefully last incident with this post branch, however their way of handling the issue is pretty poor and not cooperative. They declined my ask to check which employee was on the duty on delivery date.

    Unfriendly staff, sleeps very slowly while working and I had to queue from the back because a number was missing on the bill instead of quickly writing the number on it. Change of personnel is urgently necessary!
